About the position

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Franksville, Wisconsin. The role involves performing various financial duties in a manufacturing setting, including cost analysis, data entry, and reporting. This position will play a key role in our team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial data processing.

Responsibilities

• Insert and test costs for all manufactured products in the Business Central ERP system.
• Perform regular analysis of the production costs for each item, checking $/kg and margin results.
• Communicate all results to senior financial team members for approval.
• Upon approval, transfer the tested costs into the live Business Central ERP system.
• Utilize Excel for various tasks, demonstrating a high level of expertise.
• Leverage experience with other ERP systems, if applicable.
• Apply knowledge of costing models for manufactured products in a manufacturing environment.
• Use accounting knowledge to understand the flow of costs from P& L to Balance Sheet.
• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports for data management and reporting.
• Perform data mining techniques to extract meaningful information from large datasets.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is necessary
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports is a plus
• Proficiency in Data Mining Techniques is preferred
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is a must
• Experience with Accrual Accounting is required
• Auditing skills are essential
• Familiarity with Budget Processes is necessary
• Knowledge of Capital Management is preferred
