About the position

As a Financial Analyst at Colliers, you will play a crucial role in supporting transaction management and brokerage services through expert financial analysis. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to develop comprehensive financial models to optimize clients' real estate acquisition and disposition strategies. You will work in a collaborative environment, providing exceptional service to clients while diving deep into research and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Optimize client's real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models.
• Conduct research and perform analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios.
• Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow.
• Provide analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence lease/purchase decisions.
• Support client presentations, responses to RFPs, and new business pitches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area.
• 2-4 years' experience in real estate, capital markets or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis.
• Argus Certified strongly preferred.
