We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is integral to the EDs Leading the Transformation of Alzheimer's and Dementia Care (ED-LEAD) project, which aims to transform emergency department visits into opportunities for enhancing the well-being of individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. The project involves collaboration with 14 diverse health systems and 82 emergency departments, focusing on billing and invoicing processes that are crucial for the project's success. As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with study Principal Investigators, Co-Investigators, and research staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining customized financial reporting, overseeing budgets, and managing contracts. This position reports to the Assistant Director for the Administrative Core and requires a collaborative approach to ensure compliance with institutional billing practices and federal regulations. You will also be expected to provide monthly billing reports and participate in regular financial meetings to keep all stakeholders informed about the project's financial status. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will assist in developing exception reporting and perform routine quality control. Your role will also involve maintaining a comprehensive database for tracking clinical trial billing and ensuring that all financial documentation is accessible and organized.
