Responsibilities

• Analytical review of weekly and monthly financial reporting.
• Intakes requests and creates/modifies reporting based on changing business needs.
• Preparation of annual projections.
• Provides training/instruction for FA I.
• Assists in coordinating and reporting results for a large immunization program.
• Customer service to branch office managers and other regional/corporate customers based on need.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Provides analysis and education of KPI metrics to drive operational performance.
• Works independently with little supervision on projects as needed.
• Identifies areas of needed improvement such as reimbursement and works with branch/regional leadership to drive change.
• Performs other duties as assigned/necessary.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel for financial data analysis.
• Experience in financial data review.
