The Financial Analyst - Marketing Analysis plays a crucial role in the financial evaluation of marketing strategies and culinary development initiatives. In addition to partnering with teams, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for costing and pricing recipes based on culinary development efforts. This involves providing feedback aimed at optimizing margins while enhancing the guest experience. The analyst will also evaluate and distribute performance results for menu tests and promotions, assessing their impacts on guest counts, sales, check averages, margin, and menu mix. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. The role also includes providing ad hoc analysis and reporting for various initiatives across Marketing, Culinary, and Operations. Maintaining financial forecasts and reconciling them against expected results is a key responsibility, as is leveraging systems to perform data validations.
