About the position

The Financial Analyst position involves budgeting and forecasting financial analysis for a select group of customers, focusing on revenue between $25MM to $50MM. The role requires reviewing income statements and balance sheets, performing financial modeling, and analyzing working capital and transformation costs. The analyst will also be responsible for cost of labor analysis and improving capital assets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct budgeting and forecasting financial analysis for select customers.
• Review income statements and balance sheets.
• Perform financial modeling to support decision-making.
• Analyze working capital and transformation costs.
• Conduct cost of labor analysis and improve capital assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting, including internships and recent roles.
• General FP&A experience.
• Experience working with large ERP systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with JD Edwards.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
