About the position

The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining financial reporting dashboards and performing financial analyses. This position involves preparing presentations and compiling financial plans and budgets while considering actual performance and estimated income and expenses. The Analyst will also track key performance indicators, evaluate profit plans, and coordinate with management to provide recommendations regarding financial strategies and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial reporting dashboards.
• Perform financial analyses and prepare related presentations.
• Compile and review financial plans and budgets considering actual performance and estimated income and expenses.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators, highlighting trends and unexpected variances.
• Evaluate complex profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance.
• 1-3 years of general finance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or Cognos is a plus, but not required.
