About the position

The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Rutter's by synthesizing complex financial information and creating meaningful reports. This position is essential for ensuring accuracy in financial data, which directly influences spending and strategic decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis supporting financial improvements across Rutter's companies.
• Monitor business trends and provide ongoing support to all organizational levels & segments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and/or monthly financial/business reports.
• Assist in the development of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range growth plans.
• Perform special project work and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
• Provide management reports based on functional areas of responsibility.
• Identify expense areas and make recommendations for cost reductions.
• Develop and implement solutions for capturing and reporting information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems or Business Administration.
• 2-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis is preferred.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling is preferred.
