About the position

As a Senior Financial Analyst at TTEC, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to the leadership team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work for candidates outside of Colorado or a hybrid model for those located within the state. You will report directly to the IT Finance Director and will be instrumental in shaping the company's ability to assimilate new segments, integrate standard processes, and build a scalable, sustainable financial model to support the business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, preparing, and reporting on the current financial status of the organization. You will compare anticipated results with actual outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and assisting with the monthly close process. Additionally, you will complete the quarterly and annual budgeting processes for various departments and projects, ensuring a thorough understanding of key business drivers. Your financial guidance will be essential for functional and project teams, and you will develop financial projections and build financial models to support decision-making. You will also perform research and analysis as required, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations. Responsibilities

  • Analyze, prepare and report on current financial status.
  • Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement.
  • Assist with monthly close process.
  • Complete quarterly and annual budgeting process (departments and projects).
  • Understand key business drivers.
  • Provide financial guidance to functional and/or project teams.
  • Develop financial projections and build financial models.
  • Perform research and analysis as required.
  • Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Requirements

  • BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related degree is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
  • Ability to present financial information to a nonfinancial audience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (expertise in Excel), Hyperion and Oracle ERP.
  • Experience presenting information to senior leadership and comfortable with creating a variety of visual representations of data in a clear format (tables, graphs).
  • Experience building relationships and ability to work with all levels of leadership.
  • Experience supporting reporting processes and show understanding of analytics and able to work on new areas of focus.
