Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent technical degree required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or relevant experience, with controller experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, and Performance Excellence knowledge (Six Sigma, lean processes) preferred.
