Responsibilities
- Perform multifaceted analyses to assess customer contract performance.
- Ensure contract compliance and manage rebate calculations and payments to customers.
- Analyze sales data and calculate rebate amounts earned per contract terms.
- Prepare customer rebate notifications summarizing sales data and rebate earned.
- Ensure timely rebate payments by guiding contract coordinators in payment requests and mailings.
- Collaborate with other rebate analysts to ensure consistency in processes.
- Request and analyze customer market share data to determine rebate eligibility.
- Maintain documentation for financial audit purposes.
- Understand contract requirements to meet rebate obligations accurately and timely.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve questions related to agreements and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with three years of work experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, business, contract administration, or another analytical field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with sales team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of contracts and documentation.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel capabilities for managing large data sets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
