About the position

The Financial Analyst at Bath & Body Works is responsible for forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities that support the North American store fleet. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and leaders in Finance and Operations, focusing on budget management and labor performance monitoring. The position aims to enhance financial models and provide analytical support for decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Budget, forecast, and manage the non-selling labor of the North American store fleet; identify in-season risks and opportunities.
• Execute critical weekly reporting distributed to the entire Stores organization and support functions of the stores to monitor labor performance.
• Assist in the management of Store Finance inbox.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain visibility to store-related activities and provide timely and accurate projections/reporting/variance analysis.
• Provide analysis and support for key meetings/decision making and present results to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Refine existing financial models and develop new models to better predict performance.
• Perform special project and senior leadership assigned analysis as directed.

Requirements

• Two to three years of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to think analytically and creatively.
• Strong oral and written presentation skills.
• Experience in Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask/prioritize.
