What a day is like: The Financial Analyst role will have a day-to-day focus on both forecasting and analyzing the company's credit card portfolio as well as participating in the evolution of the Finance team's modeling capabilities. The role will report directly to the Head of FP&A and will work closely with the Revenue and Expense functions on daily Finance responsibilities to learn the business/company. At the same time, the role will be responsible for driving model enhancement and efficiency gains as we look to streamline our processes and leverage new technologies. The role will offer full P&L exposure and is a great entry point to learn the consumer finance business and the FP&A discipline. You're perfect for this role if you have: Entry level - 2 years of experience. Should have a Finance or other analytically-oriented degree Strong Excel modeling skills, with an ability to understand a process and build models to improve forecasting accuracy and analytical rigor. Experience with data analytics and AI tools a plus Demonstrated knowledge of Finance metrics including NPV analysis, Return on Assets, etc. Strong attention to detail with the willingness to review and analyze various sources of data to create new models or enhance existing models for improved predictability An ability to operate in a start-up type environment where you are responsible for creating processes and sourcing data for your analysis An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting rigid deadlines including external investor reporting, while balancing multiple priorities on any given day Why you'll like working here: This isn't a place where you will fill a seat and keep your head down.
