About the position

Tarkett is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in Solon, OH. This role involves providing financial reporting, analysis, and insights to enhance organizational performance. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with various departments to support decision-making processes and improve business operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing monthly/quarterly/annual financial information and generating reports using BI software/tools.
• Compiling and publishing daily and monthly sales reporting.
• Assisting with the creation and maintenance of financial reports and entity-specific P&Ls.
• Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
• Preparing Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports, and Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
• Supporting Manager, Controllers, Cost Accountants, and other Analysts with in-depth analysis.
• Preparing internal review decks for Steering Committee meetings and Business Unit review decks.
• Building strong cross-functional partnerships to provide financial reporting and analysis resources.
• Supporting budget and forecast preparation for the division.
• Completing ad-hoc requests and projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience as a financial analyst.
