Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in retail and/or financial industry or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of credit union products and sales techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening.
• Ability to work extended hours and multiple Saturdays.
• Capability to perform under stress and manage changing priorities.
• Professionalism in handling confidential matters.
