About the position

The Financial Business Analyst role at Zealotech People Private Limited involves understanding and assessing business change needs, documenting requirements, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills to develop solutions and create detailed functional specifications, while also leading requirements definition meetings and design sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business change needs and assess the business impact of those changes.
  • Capture, analyze, and document requirements for business processes.
  • Lead requirements definitions meetings with customers.
  • Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate user requirements.
  • Create Visio process maps, requirements traceability matrices, and use cases.
  • Facilitate the negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders.
  • Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications.
  • Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Senior Business Analyst experience.
  • Experience in HR, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Ability to understand the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to write technical, business, and plain language documents with attention to detail.
  • Experience with software development and business process documentation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Kronos, and Lawson systems.
  • Familiarity with Tecsys - Point of Use (POU) and warehouse management systems.
