About the position

The Financial Business Analyst for Electrolux Group plays a crucial role in analyzing business performance, financial results, pricing, and costs associated with various products. This position supports both Finance and Business Units, influencing profitability ambitions through data-driven insights and financial modeling. The analyst is responsible for preparing financial reports, automating reporting processes, and collaborating with global teams to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to support management decision-making
  • Lead financial assumptions for Business Cases and support Project Management Office
  • Evaluate financial outcomes in relation to investment requests to measure effectiveness and alignment with forecasts
  • Analyze and leverage P&L data to drive profitable growth and productivity
  • Drive business intelligence initiatives, developing automated reports and dashboards to monitor and enhance business performance
  • Collaborate with Global teams to conduct comprehensive financial performance analysis and streamline reporting processes
  • Work with Local and Global Finance teams to ensure product and manufacturing profitability through detailed financial assessments
  • Support monthly forecasting and long-term planning initiatives, including annual budgets and strategic planning efforts
  • Work closely with business partners teams to provide support, identify opportunities and deliver KPIs
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to assist the leadership team with decision-making and strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business and/or related field
  • 3+ years of finance and/or related experience
  • Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel
  • Proficiency in creating clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts and accounting
  • Experience with planning and business intelligence applications such as SAP, PowerBI, PowerQuery, or Tableau
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
