About the position

The Financial Center Leader (FCL) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch performance, focusing on building a high-performing team and driving revenue through community involvement and business development. The role emphasizes creating a differentiated client experience and collaborating with various business line partners to ensure client satisfaction and financial well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the financial center's retention and growth activities.
  • Own a book of business with a set number of branch-based clients.
  • Drive the team to build a strong pipeline of prospects and clients.
  • Oversee the delivery of a differentiated client experience in the branch.
  • Review client feedback and implement improvement plans.
  • Lead effective problem resolution and escalations.
  • Drive employee experience and address team member feedback.
  • Ensure team members achieve performance and activity expectations through ongoing performance management.
  • Develop team members through skill builds, coaching, and meetings.
  • Utilize the Client Experience (CX) playbook to meet sales and service expectations.
  • Grow branch revenue through acquisition, expansion, and retention activities.
  • Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with other Bank lines of business.
  • Participate in local market/community activities to promote the BOKF brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience or 5-7 years of equivalent education and experience.
  • Ability to motivate teammates through in-person and virtual coaching methods.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and delegate effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication skills to build partnerships and achieve business outcomes.
  • Ability to support teammate engagement and client experience while driving results.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of consultative needs-based concepts for client engagement.
  • Strong client experience, relationship-building, and business development skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of consumer financial products and services.
  • Understanding of applicable consumer laws and government regulations.
