About the position

The Client Services Manager, Financial Analyst role at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is designed for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in complex client services and financial services. This position focuses on overseeing and optimizing the billing and invoicing process for a national client, ensuring accurate billing across over 120 sites. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, conduct detailed financial analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in financial data. This fully remote position requires up to 20% travel to meet with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the cleanup, automation, and restructuring of the Client's billing and invoicing system, ensuring monthly billing is accurate for over 120 sites.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial and wage analysis across multiple sites to ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing processes.
  • Take charge of balancing books, digging into financial records, and ensuring all discrepancies are identified and addressed.
  • Redesign and reset the billing structure to optimize accuracy, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work directly with the client, managing expectations, deliver results, and ensure strong client satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and lead the audit process, identifying areas for improvement and driving necessary changes.
  • Regularly communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure the project is progressing according to plan and address any challenges promptly.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in financial services, with a strong foundation in financial analysis, account reconciliation, and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to manage and navigate complex client relationships, particularly with clients who have multiple sites or high demands.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, ensuring the delivery of results within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail in identifying and resolving billing and financial discrepancies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and address challenging client situations while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Familiarity with billing systems, invoicing automation, or financial reconciliation tools, ideally within the telecommunications or similar industries.
  • Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple locations or sites, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
