About the position

The Financial Consultant role at Fidelity involves engaging with clients face-to-face to provide personalized financial planning and investment solutions. This position allows consultants to focus on deepening client relationships rather than sourcing new clients, supported by Fidelity's existing client base and resources. The role emphasizes integrity, interpersonal skills, and meticulous planning to help clients achieve their financial goals, particularly in retirement planning.

Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with customers to offer guidance and personalized financial planning.
• Support clients by providing comprehensive investment solutions and retirement plans.
• Nurture relationships with an existing client base and extend the firm's brand.
• Present complex financial solutions to knowledgeable clients while building rapport and credibility.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Previous success in building relationships and recommending financial solutions.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed or ability to acquire upon hire.
• Ability to present complex solutions to clients and build rapport.
• Degree and/or professional certifications are helpful; support for obtaining CFP or degree through Tuition Reimbursement.
