The Financial Controller will also be tasked with investor reporting, which includes managing capital tables and waterfall tables, as well as providing audit support and preparing tax statements. Compliance reporting is another critical aspect of this role, ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant financial regulations and standards. This position is integral to the financial strategy of the company, providing insights and guidance to the executive team and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a CPA certification and preferably a master's degree in accounting. Experience in public accounting for 3-5 years is also desirable, along with a proven track record of working in investor-financed firms, particularly in high-growth scenarios. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all accounting and budget management of the company.

Requirements

  • CPA certification is required.
