Responsibilities

- Confer with internal and external entities to resolve payable/project issues.
- Participate in financial systems development and enhancements.
- Assist with planning and coordination efforts for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Research record retention requirements and foreign vendor tax withholding requirements.
- Maintain and update department logs, records, and accounts.
- Prepare transaction logs and routine documentation for assigned duties.
- Provide training and guidance to other employees in accounting processes.
- Respond to inquiries concerning record retention and provide resolutions.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable or related field.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
