About the position

As a Manager in the Data and Analytics team at PwC, you will lead the implementation and support of FircoSoft products, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This role focuses on leveraging data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. You will supervise and develop team members, manage client service accounts, and drive engagement workstreams while solving complex problems to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of FircoSoft products
• Oversee seamless integration and functionality of FircoSoft solutions
• Supervise, develop, and coach team members
• Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams
• Analyze and solve complex problems to deliver exceptional results
• Develop project plans and draft business, functional, and technical requirements
• Provide production support for Firco backend services on Unix servers
• Utilize strategic planning to enhance project success

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Understanding of FircoSoft products
• Managing Fircosoft implementations
• Providing production support for Firco backend services
• Working with financial transaction message types
• Experience in FircoSoft tool testing and tuning
• Demonstrating proficiency in SQL
• Possessing exposure to data analysis tools
