Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update databases related to commission data.
  • Analyze commission statements and prepare reports.
  • Provide customer service to agents regarding commission inquiries.
  • Work closely with the Commissions and Finance Teams to streamline processes.
  • Perform audits on insurance carrier commission data.
  • Manage the monthly payment process for carrier commissions.
  • Communicate with agents via telephone, email, and internet.
  • Assist with various departmental projects and resolve commission questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel (preferred).
  • Experience with databases and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused attitude and professionalism.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with Smart Office software.
