About the position

The Financial Data Analyst will be a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, responsible for providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. This role focuses on analyzing financial performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with various teams to enhance financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management that summarize findings and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Establish and track key performance indicators to measure financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, ensuring the alignment of financial goals and strategies.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested by management.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of financial data within Power BI and other financial reporting systems.
• Assist in the implementation of data management best practices.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders through reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling and experience with data visualization tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
