About the position

The Financial Data Analyst role at Robert Half is a long-term contract position focused on the finance industry. Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate financial data meticulously
• Assist with end-to-end testing within the finance department
• Aid the team in fulfilling their reporting requirements by providing accurate data analysis
• Conduct thorough examination of data in Workday
• Engage in data conversion tasks involving numerous lines of data matching
• Collaborate with the accounting department for testing and validation
• Utilize Workday Financial Management for number crunching and data comparison
• Take initiative and demonstrate self-motivation in dealing with system conversion testing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Workday and Workday Financial Management software
• Prior experience in System Implementation
• Demonstrable skills in Data Analysis
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial data
• Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
• Proficient use of spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications
• Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Understanding of business practices and trends
