About the position

The Financial Education Customer Service position at The Dream GPS is designed for compassionate and motivated individuals who are passionate about helping families achieve financial independence. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their financial challenges and goals, providing personalized coaching and educational programs, and fostering a supportive environment for financial wellbeing. Responsibilities

  • Engage with families to understand their financial challenges and goals.
  • Educate and guide clients through personalized strategies.
  • Build lasting relationships and be a trusted representative for financial wellbeing.
  • Mentor and develop new representatives as a Field Trainer.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on financial principles and client engagement.
  • Oversee office operations and ensure alignment with our mission and values as a Branch Manager (VP of Operations).
  • Inspire and lead a team of representatives and trainers.
  • Drive initiatives to expand our reach and impact within the community.

Requirements

  • A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • No experience in financial services, education, or coaching required but is a plus.
