About the position

The Financial Management Analyst will play a crucial role in the Product Support Analysis Division, Program and Business Analysis Department at NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV China Lake. This position involves providing management with strategic financial advice, creating and analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. The analyst will be responsible for managing financial documentation and coordinating procurement efforts to support program funding and fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide management with sound advice and guidance regarding financial policies.
  • Recommend appropriate strategies to achieve financial goals.
  • Create budgets and analyze program funding.
  • Interpret and evaluate program funding.
  • Manage all business/financial issues in accordance with NAVAIR regulations and policies.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing fund documents and manage project structures.
  • Coordinate procurement packages.

Requirements
