About the position

The Financial Market Research Reporting Analyst will support strategic decision-making and the advancement of the business plan through comprehensive market research and reporting. This role involves managing all stages of the market research project life cycle, collaborating with various teams, and developing actionable insights to enhance the Bank's outreach efforts. The analyst will also be responsible for maintaining data quality in the Oracle CX platform and assisting with the preparation of reports for the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of research and organize narratives.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research from conceptualization to implementation.
• Assist in creating the monthly business plan and market research suite through monthly reporting.
• Elevate reports to the Chief Business Officer on Bank Membership and Research initiatives.
• Manage all stages of the market research project life cycle, including project management and coordination with teams.
• Develop creative research slides and presentations to convey complex findings.
• Compile, analyze, and evaluate market data to understand member behavior.
• Manage primary research tools, including surveys and data collection methods.
• Synthesize and interpret data to support strategic business decisions.
• Update data in the Oracle CX platform and ensure data quality.
• Assist with the development of new or enhanced workspaces in Oracle CX.
• Prepare and format the monthly report for the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of research experience in Market Research, ROI Calculations, Project Management, Communications, Writing and Proofreading, and CRM/Database Administrative Functions.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Mathematics, Research, Data Science, or related fields.
