About the position

The Financial Onboarding and Processing Specialist at Business Development Resources (BDR) plays a crucial role in facilitating the efficient operation of the Profit Coach department. This position involves a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including processing client financial statements, onboarding new accounts, and maintaining client files. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong communication skills, contributing to the overall success of the team and its clients.

Responsibilities

  • Processing client financial statements as necessary
  • Completing onboarding of new Financial Coach accounts
  • Working with clients to set foundational structure in accounting software
  • Retrieving information from records, emails, and other documents; preparing written summaries when needed
  • Responding to and resolving administrative inquiries and questions
  • Updating and maintaining templates
  • Updating Financial Coach resources as directed
  • Completing reporting as directed
  • Using tools and resources as provided within specified guidelines
  • Maintaining client files and appropriate electronic documentation as directed
  • Treating all internal and external customers, clients, and co-workers with respect
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach
