About the position

As a Financial Operations Analyst at Gooder Foods, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our financial operations to support our mission of making healthy noodles accessible to everyone. Your primary focus will be on managing responsibilities related to Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) in collaboration with the CFO and the Finance team. This includes maintaining regular financial reporting that is essential for the operations team, tracking savings objectives, and ensuring that costs are aligned with our financial goals. You will be instrumental in building strong partnerships with the operations team, as well as collaborating closely with procurement and co-packers to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our operations. In this role, you will be expected to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that will help the company achieve its financial objectives. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial processes that enhance operational efficiency and support the overall business strategy. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you work to align financial goals with operational capabilities. As a key member of the finance team, your contributions will directly impact the company's success in disrupting the $4.4 billion noodle category.
