The client is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst who will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This position involves working closely with the US-based Revenue team and requires cross-functional collaboration with the Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality financial analysis and support. As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for reconciling employer payments with corresponding invoices, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed. You will coordinate with employers to facilitate timely invoice adjustments and payments, which is essential for maintaining positive relationships and ensuring smooth financial operations. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies through effective communication with employers and collaboration with internal teams, which may involve making necessary financial adjustments.
