About the position

LaSalle Network is collaborating with a client to provide seasonal support for their Cash Reconciliation Process. The client is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst who will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This position involves working closely with the US-based Revenue team and requires cross-functional collaboration with the Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality financial analysis and support. As a Financial Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for reconciling employer payments with corresponding invoices, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly addressed. You will coordinate with employers to facilitate timely invoice adjustments and payments, which is essential for maintaining positive relationships and ensuring smooth financial operations. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve any payment discrepancies through effective communication with employers and collaboration with internal teams, which may involve making necessary financial adjustments. Your role will also include assessing and improving current processes in collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams, aiming to enhance the efficiency of the cash reconciliation process. You will generate both internal and external reports related to repayments, providing valuable insights that will aid in decision-making and strategic planning. Responsibilities

  • Reconcile employer payments with corresponding invoices
  • Coordinate with employers to ensure timely invoice adjustments and payments

  • Assess and improve current processes in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large datasets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a high level of ownership and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
