About the position

The Financial Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in enhancing the financial operations of REtokens, a pioneering real estate tokenization company. This position focuses on implementing efficient financial systems, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial reporting to support the company's growth and strategic direction. The coordinator will work closely with leadership to develop structured financial processes, manage budgets, and provide clear financial insights.

Responsibilities

  • Implement efficient financial systems for accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize financial reporting and enhance expense tracking.
  • Lead initiatives to introduce new accounting systems and manage budgets.
  • Produce clear financial insights for leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in financial operations, accounting, or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations and entity compliance.
  • Experience in the real estate or securities industry is a major plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
