As a Financial Operations Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our Money Department, which focuses on leveraging data to optimize financial processes, increase technology efficiencies, and drive business growth. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and enjoys bringing order to chaos. You will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the execution of tasks, monitoring project deadlines, and proactively renegotiating due dates as needed. Your ability to manage multiple projects and hold teams accountable will be key to your success in this role. In this position, you will ingest, assign, track, and manage incoming requests from other teams, while also improving and building processes to create more efficient workflows as we evolve and grow. Effective communication will be essential, as you will need to keep key role holders informed about the status of projects. You will be the ultimate control freak (in a good way), ensuring that our Money Department operates smoothly and efficiently. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and involves performing other related duties as assigned.
