About the position

The Financial Planner & Analyst position at Ledgent Finance & Accounting is a part-time role designed for a highly analytical and tech-savvy finance professional. This temp-to-hire opportunity allows for flexible scheduling and offers the chance to work fully remote after the training period. The role involves performing in-depth financial analysis and creating reports to support the organization's financial decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
• Create reports using advanced Excel & MS Query to present performance & projections.
• Identify & recommend opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge & experience with MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Macros, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
