About the position

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Co-Op at HealthEdge is a paid internship program lasting six months, designed for students to gain practical experience in a software company. The co-op will support the Finance team within the Global Professional Services division, contributing to month-end reporting, process improvement projects, and financial analysis. This role aims to provide co-ops with valuable insights into various departments, enhance their professional portfolios, and foster connections within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Month-end reporting for the Global Professional Services division
• Creation of standard reporting templates and analysis for the Global Professional Services division
• Process improvement projects
• Forecast model updates
• Metrics preparation
• Assist in the close and re-forecast process
• Build out graphical representation of financial & operational data
• Support ad-hoc requests that come from the rest of the team

Requirements

• Quantitative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Detail oriented
• Works with a sense of urgency
• Familiar with GAAP Accounting
