About the position

The Forecast and Planning Manager at C4ADS plays a crucial role in enhancing financial forecasting and reporting systems. This position is designed to evolve into a Director of Finance role within four years, providing opportunities for professional growth. The manager will collaborate with various teams to support the organization's mission of defeating illicit networks through effective financial management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to update and maintain financial reports.
• Forecast active project-level performance and future projections for TBD projects and indirect departments using existing tools.
• Develop the annual corporate budget and report monthly budget vs. actuals with real-world explanations.
• Work closely with the programs team to track performance metrics and outcomes.
• Partner with the Business Development (BD) team to ensure accurate project setup in Costpoint.
• Develop and track performance matrices to monitor and report on strategic goals.

Requirements

• Master-level proficiency in Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of Deltek Costpoint Project Setup, COGNOS Reporting, and Admin Modules.
• Demonstrable experience with FAR, 2CFR, and extracting key information from various contracts including government, commercial, and donors.
• Experience maintaining and developing financial tools.
