Responsibilities

• Facilitates testing activities including Depository Institution tests and Operational Readiness Tests.
• Manages complex relationships with customers and troubleshoots issues.
• Ensures testing communication and issue escalation.
• Supports customer application testing initiatives involving Fedwire Funds and Securities services.
• Engages customers to understand their emerging testing needs via emails, telephone calls, and web requests.
• Represents the Voice of the Customer (VOC) for product development.
• Executes test strategies and leverages standard approaches for testing.
• Identifies anomalies within the Depository Institution Testing (DIT) environment and escalates issues.
• Performs customer setups and configurations within the DIT environment.
• Provides Saturday support for customers performing Operational Readiness Testing (ORT).
• Answers and responds to moderately complex inquiries from depository institutions.
• Generates metrics related to operations and application support.
• Ensures special testing efforts like Business Resumption Test (BRT) and Import Export Testing.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience facilitating testing activities.
• 5 years of experience with Depository Institution Testing (DIT).
• 5 years of experience with Operational Readiness Testing (ORT).

Nice-to-haves

• 5 years of experience with Business Resumption Test (BRT) and Import Export Testing.
