About the position

As a Financial Program Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a crucial role in managing financial resources to support the Army's projects. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement financial management strategies that ensure effective allocation and utilization of funding. You will collaborate with program leadership to create actionable plans for securing necessary funding and ensure its efficient use through consistent tracking and communication with project management teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial management strategies to support client projects.
• Collaborate with program leadership to create actionable funding plans.
• Track and communicate funding usage with project management and task leads.
• Navigate requirements, policies, and regulations governing funding.
• Assist in the preparation of budget execution reviews and variance reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a financial and program analyst.
• Experience with unfunded requirements (UFRs) and supplemental budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Knowledge of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) planning and interagency agreements.
• Secret clearance and HS diploma or GED.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as an operations analyst and officer.
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Knowledge of fiscal law applications and government audits.
• Experience with Congressional Justification Book (CJB) updates.
• TS/SCI clearance and Bachelor's degree.
