About the position

Delta Administrative Services, established in 2001, is one of the first Professional Employer Organizations in Louisiana. We supply outsourcing services in human resources, payroll, benefits administration, safety/risk and tax administration. At Delta, we help clients prosper by educating and providing impactful HR services tailored to Clients' needs. We are looking for a Financial Reconciliation Analyst who can turn complex numbers into meaningful stories and keep our financial universe in perfect harmony!

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrating the intricate dance of benefits, payroll, and workers' comp numbers
  • Playing 'spot the difference' with premium payments
  • Building relationships with internal teams and client partners
  • Creating order out of complex data sets
  • Mastering monthly reconciliations
  • Investigating variance reports
  • Building tracking systems
  • Ensuring every benefit dollar finds its rightful home
  • Keeping COBRA running smoothly
  • Managing leave policies
  • Guiding tax payments through state and federal mazes
  • Assisting during W-2 season
  • Tracking safety program success
  • Accounting for every premium penny

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business OR 3+ years of financial analysis experience
  • Excel skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects

Nice-to-haves

  • Professional certifications (CPA, SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • Experience in the PEO industry
  • Experience in workers' comp and risk management
