About the position

The Financial Reporting Analyst at Zurich North America will be responsible for various financial reporting tasks, including the completion of parent statutory yellow book, analysis of monthly business unit results, and preparation of annual insurance expense exhibit filings. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Completion of parent statutory yellow book
• Review of monthly combined yellow book results
• Annual Insurance Expense Exhibit filings for the pool group of entities
• Annual Expense exhibit for the statutory entities
• Analysis of monthly BU results
• Analysis of agents balances monthly results
• Special projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
• Completion of Zurich Finance Development Program, including a Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with 4 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
• Experience with accounting and financial reporting, general ledger and reporting tools
