About the position

The Financial Reporting Analyst at Frontline Insurance plays a crucial role in supporting the financial reporting process and daily operations of the Financial & Operational Reporting team. This position focuses on ensuring accurate internal and external reporting, designing and maintaining Power BI reports, and assisting with regulatory filings, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine and ad-hoc financial and operational reports for Executive Management and departments.
• Compile and analyze financial data, identifying and researching discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and support the company’s financial management software, BOARD.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial regulatory filings and data calls.
• Assist with documenting reporting requirements and testing reports for quality assurance.
• Analyze business process and software changes that impact Accounting/Finance processes and reporting.
• Provide support for special projects, ad-hoc reporting, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Information Systems, Accounting, or Finance.
• Familiarity with GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in financial services or the insurance industry is preferred.
