About the position

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze various month-end financial reports, including internal reporting to executive management and the board of directors.
• Prepare external reporting to financial institutions and governmental agencies.
• Create corporate allocation reports and capital spending reports.
• Perform consolidation and facilitate related journal entries.
• Research US GAAP and provide recommendations to management.
• Facilitate requests from external auditors.
• Participate in budgeting of corporate expenses.
• Maintain corporate allocation tables and facilitate entries.
• Engage in various projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience with month-end close and preparation of financial statements preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Oracle application is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
