Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify client needs and opportunities to deepen relationships through effective communication and engagement.
  • Manage front lobby transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Act as a technology champion, adopting new tools and sharing knowledge with the team to enhance client interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry standards and practices.

Requirements

  • Customer service, phone, or financial services experience is required.
  • Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and obtain FINRA licenses, specifically Series 7 and 66.
  • A degree or professional certifications such as CFP are beneficial; tuition reimbursement is available for those pursuing further education.
