About the position
As a Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming branch atmosphere and fostering long-lasting relationships with clients. Your primary mission will be to engage with clients through integrity and honesty, ensuring their financial needs are met while contributing to the overall success of the branch.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the official face of Fidelity, engaging with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and contribute to branch success.
- Support clients with compliance and front lobby transactions, acting as a subject matter specialist.
- Assess client needs and identify opportunities for financial solutions.
- Champion technology within the branch, sharing knowledge and experiences with the team.
Requirements
- Customer service, phone, or financial services experience.
- Banking, insurance, or financial experience is preferred.
- Ability to learn and obtain FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 66).
- Degree or professional certifications are beneficial; tuition reimbursement is available for further education.
- Superb interpersonal skills and a passion for client engagement.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
