About The Position
The Financial Representative Trainee position is designed for driven and self-motivated individuals eager to start a career in the financial services industry. This role is part of an Accelerator Program that provides comprehensive training and mentorship to equip trainees with the necessary skills to sell Individual Insurance products and build a sustainable financial practice. The program includes self-study, hands-on projects, and direct sales experience, ultimately leading to a promotion to a Financial Representative role with a competitive salary and incentives.
