About the position
As a Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming branch atmosphere and fostering long-lasting relationships with clients. Your mission will be to provide exceptional service, support compliance, and facilitate front lobby transactions, all while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the official face of Fidelity, inspiring client dedication and engagement.
- Support clients by identifying leads and making effective introductions.
- Manage front lobby transactions and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Engage with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for deeper relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Customer service, phone, or financial services experience is required.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to learn and obtain FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 66).
- A degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFP) are beneficial.
