You will work closely with capital management and stress testing professionals to develop and implement effective capital planning strategies. Your responsibilities will include structuring and planning projects, managing project risks, and ensuring that your team delivers exceptional results within expected timeframes. Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on Financial Risk Management issues, focusing on regulatory capital identification, measurement, and management.
  • Deliver quality client services and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Lead diverse client engagement teams in capital management and stress testing projects.
  • Provide strategic and tactical advice on capital planning and management strategies.
  • Manage project risks and communicate effectively with engagement leaders and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate business development opportunities and maintain client relationships.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends relevant to clients' businesses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience; an MBA or Master's degree in a related field with 2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience in corporate treasury, capital planning and management, or corporate stress testing support functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced project management and client service skills.
  • Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into value-added solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
