About the position

The Financial Service Analyst 3 position at ACORD Solutions Group in Sacramento, CA, is a mid-level role focused on analyzing and managing data related to payroll, attendance, and staff scheduling within the Perioperative Services division. The incumbent will work closely with the OR Staff Scheduler to assess staffing needs and ensure compliance with various state and federal requirements. This role requires a high level of accountability and the ability to work with minimal supervision while providing excellent customer service to the operating room staff.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage data related to Payroll Timekeeping, Leaves/Return to Work Status, and Attendance for the Division.
• Support staff scheduling for the Operating Room, including maintaining and tracking on-call, holiday time, and vacations.
• Coordinate employee leave of absence requests and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
• Manage data reporting and ensure accurate documentation of staffing and payroll information.
• Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives related to Payroll and Leave Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience working with timekeeping and electronic staff scheduling systems.
• Knowledge and experience in all aspects of Payroll, FML/CFRA, and other Leaves of Absence.
• Experience in operations and staff scheduling within a large clinical department.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
