Responsibilities

• Assist members with account requests, resolutions, and inquiries.
• Perform front-line operations including transaction processing and new account services.
• Cross-sell products and services to enhance members' financial well-being.
• Accurately prepare and open new consumer accounts, collecting required documents.
• Process account applications in accordance with credit union policies.
• Open and explain features of various account types, including tax-advantaged accounts.
• Perform introductory loan functions, including keying loan applications.
• Assist with balancing and auditing of ATMs and cash recyclers.
• Maintain knowledge of payroll processes for direct deposit and deductions.
• Refer non-standard transactions to the supervisor for assistance.
